2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.
Refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method or through another method agreed upon with the customer.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, eligible refunds may be processed through bank transfer or UPI. Customers may be required to provide accurate bank or UPI details for processing the refund.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

6. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product caused by us.
Return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.
